My movie suggestion for you this week is a film that was a notorious box office bomb but has since become a massive cult classic, and for good reason: Dredd from 2012. Forget the Stallone movie; this is the definitive take on the character. It’s a gritty, violent, and ruthlessly efficient action movie that perfectly captures the tone of the 2000 AD comics. Karl Urban is incredible as the unflinching Judge Dredd, and the "day-in-the-life" plot set within a single mega-skyscraper is brilliant. It’s easily one of the best and most faithful comic book adaptations ever made, and way too many people still haven't seen it.
