With James Wan’s Swamp Thing show being fast tracked, the production on Metropolis has been halted. Now the series is being “redeveloped.” Whatever that means.

The Vampire Lestat
The official Facebook page for Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles series posted a picture the other day. It was of Christopher Rice’s pilot episode for the tv series we talked about a few weeks back. The series is now officially being called The Vampire Lestat, and the pilot episode will be called Wolf Killer.

The Walking Dead
TV Line is reporting that season 9 will see Yumiko and Magna from the comics make their live-action debut. Which means the Whisperers can’t be too far off!

Channel Zero
As confirmed in a press release, season four of Channel Zero is going to be based on Charlotte Bywater’s story, Hidden Door. Titled The Dream Door.

What we do in the Shadows
Variety reports FX has ordered ten episodes of a television series based on Taika Waititi’s vampire mockumentary, What We Do in the Shadows starring Matt Berry, Kayvan Novak, Natasia Demetriou, and Harvey Guillen as a quartet of vampiric roommates sharing an apartment in New York.
