Disney/Marvel Streaming
Kevin Feige told The Hollywood Reporter that the plan for the Marvel side of the streaming app (which is now being called Disney+) is basically to supplement the theatrical side of Marvel. He said they were going to be stories that wouldn’t necessarily work in the movies, but they will still have a theatrical feel.
For the other stuff, they have announced ANOTHER new Star Wars series for the app. It will be a spin off series based on Cassian Andor from Rogue One.
There is ALSO going to be an animated spin off series from Monster’s Inc.
Still no official release date for the app or ANY of the programming. But we should expect to see much of Marvel’s offerings on other streaming apps pulled.

Nightflyers
Some trailers for the new Syfy series based on a George R R Martin novella. This is the second time this story is being adapted. In ‘87 it was made into a movie, that was less than Martin’s cup of tea. So far Martin has shown appreciation for the direction of this new series, though he is contractually obligated to not have anything to do with it.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
The Satanic Church is officially suing Netflix and Warner Brothers. But not like the Hell’s Angels did to Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter, this is a legitimate copyright issue. It seems the artists on the series used a pretty spot on replica of the Church of Satan’s Baphomet statue.

Star Trek: Lower Decks
New half hour animated show from One of the brains behind Rick and Morty, Mike McMahan.

GoT Prequel
Naomi Watts officially cast. Other casting rumore not worth talking about yet. The series is UNOFFICIALLY being called the Long Night. HBO has said that it is untitled at the moment but Martin has been calling it that. If that IS what the series will be, what does that mean?
