Legend of Zelda
Castlevania producer Adi Shankar is teasing a big project with an “iconic Japanese Gaming company” working on adapting one of their “iconic game series into a series.” He doesn’t say who the series will be for, though it probably isn’t too much of a stretch to assume Netflix.

Halo
Showtime has begun casting for John 117 (Master Chief)... what do you hope to see in their casting choice?

Penny Dreadful
With the unceremonious cancellation of the series a couple years ago, many fans of the series were pretty upset. With the series’ ratings low-ish and Game of Thrones and all, they deemed it necessary to axe the show. Well now apparently they are going against that feeling and starting a sequel series. This one will be subtitled “City of Angels” and set in 1938 Los Angeles. From the ultra brief synopsis this will be a decidedly political. A direction the very obviously avoided in the original series. So it seems that when politics is involved low ratings be damned.

What did I miss? What should we talk about next week?
